DIY Wedding
Fun Programs
I found these on a wedding DIY website. As guests wait for the big moment, they have the chance to see who's who, and a cute word search on the back. These are currently in the making right now. I'll post pictures when I'm done!
The website is... http://www.intimateweddings.com/blog/easy-diy-wedding-programs-tutorial/ |

Card Holder
Originally, I wanted a cute bird cage for our guests to put their cards in. I found a couple I liked, but the prices were a little outrageous. I found this actually at Ikea for $19.99! There is a glass door that opens in the front to put the cards in. I'll "spiff" it up a bit. AND... another bonus, we can use this after the wedding!

Personalized M&M's....? I think so!
Such a cute idea! How many people can say they have had personalized M&M's at their wedding? They're quite pricey, but definitely worth it! If you want these too, just go the M&M website!

Hair pieces for my daughter and I <3
These are absolutely adorable! Bought on Etsy.com (best site ever) from "handmadewithlove4you". For both, including shipping... $33.00! She has a ton of different hair pieces... great idea for my toddler!

Ask a Question
RSVP... by email?
I'm about ready to make our invitations, but I was thinking, to let people RSVP to our wedding via email...
I know the traditional way is to provide a card for them to check yes or no, with a self addressed stamped envelope. Well, the first time I did this, I spent more than $100 on postage, and most people didn't send me the RSVP back... they emailed me. So, what do you think...? Am I being too cheap and unrealistic? Or am I completely over analyzing the situation? I was going to put my email address on the invitation it's self, but instead, I could make and RSVP card so when they turn it over, it says to RSVP via email.... I don't know (haha). Thanks girls, in advance! |

Problem Solved
Wedding Miracle
Thank you so much girls for your input! It made me feel so much better!
One of my bridesmaids, my best friend Ashley, still had the tag on her dress and suggest for me to call the store and see if they still have it in stock.... I thought it was a long shot, but definitely worth a try. I called the store, and they found one! It was in a town about 3 hours away, and they were going to get it brought into their store!! I couldn't believe it! It's about 5 sizes too big, but my sister has agreed to get it tailored to fit! This completely made my whole day! Catastrophe averted... phew!! |
