Well, early June, I posted that I ordered my glitter galore set through Ebay, including the toasting flutes, serving set, guest book, guest book pen and the card holder box. I received it all a few weeks back but when I opened the box to see the toasting flutes and the serving set, which was engraved with our first names and date, I was horrified to see that she engraved it with the wrong date!! All I could think of was that she was SOOO lucky I had ordered early because if she had done this closer to the big day I would REALLY be freaking out. So, I emailed her and told her about the mistake, and she agreed to send out a new set right away. Well, a week after that, nothing. No shipping confirmation or any package. So, I mailed her again. Her daughter replies with a note that her mom went out of town and if I dont get it by Monday, she'll send out another set. This was on a Friday. So, TUESDAY still no package. I again email, starting to raise my tone with these people who are very frustrating. The daughter again replies, I have to wait until her mom returns from out of town, at the end of the week, Friday. OMG! It isn't that time is running out or anything, but you get nervous when you pay someone a very good chunk of money for something and then proceed to get the run around. So, end of story, I ordered these at the beginning of June and JUST received them a couple of days ago, about a month and half to finally get. WHEW! I am happy with the set, it was just what I wanted. I have uploaded pics of the toasting flutes and serving set.
Why do people have to freak us brides out?! LOL, I just a smooth planning process!
XoXo
How much was the cutting set? Did she charge extra for the engraving or was it included in price?
