Happy Friday!! TGIF seriously!!

Tomorrow will mark our 9 month mark and AHHHH!! LOL. It is flying by! Luckily, I def feel as if we are getting things done and that planning is going smoothly. It's been such an exciting time, I've been enjoying all the DIY projects. It is something that I can do to put my own personal touch on everything and really feel that when the day comes, it is my own special day. My FH is very excited as well and really loves when I share with him everything I'm working on. I couldn't ask for a better person to share my life with. We have lived together for getting close to a year now and I really feel as if I known him forever. I can't wait to start our family and live out our happily ever after!

You girls have also played an instrumental role in my planning. You all have such wonderful, exquisite ideas. It is great to make friends with other brides that are also in similar situations and be able to talk or vent things out with. Kendra - nods to you!! You are wonderful!! I think it's great that Kendra, Alicia and I have weddings so close together. It is great support!! So thank you all!!

Also, I included a picture of a box I recently picked up at Marshalls. It really caught my eye and it says love on it, has a romantic look, with the black chandalier. And was only 7.99. It has velcro under the from flap, where the bow is to secure the lid closed. I though it would be such a cute keepsake box to hold wedding memories and such in after the wedding. Everything I make, i'll add one or two in there to keep for myself. I also wanted to try the shadow box type of thing after the wedding, but there is some many little things you want to keep and hold onto as a reminder of that day, so here it is for me! Love it <3

That is such a wonderful idea, Melissa! I know for a fact that I will have extra table numbers, so why not keep one?! Love it! I agree! It is nice to have date that are close to each others so, we can all vent about how stressed we are!!! haha ;) Not to mention, we are making friends for life on here! It's so awesome! Hopefully soon, we can all meet in person! :)

That's right Alecia... Friends for life, not just for planning! You know we will be going thru wedding withdrawl afterwards, so we'll need each other for that support too.

Oh Mel, I just thought about something... you will be on your honeymoon when I get married won't you!!! Nooooo what will I do w/o you my week of???!!!! You might have to start talking to Shane now about letting you talk, blog or email me that week! I'm sure I'll need you to talk me down ;)

And Kendra, I get emails and texts and calls on my handy dandy smart phone. So don't think I'll be too busy!! I"ll def be around! I have to try to make sure you keep up w/ your projects so we aren't stressing out too much over little details that 1-2 weeks before the wedding. Haha!!

Yes, PLEASE stay on top of me to get these projects done! B/c w/ a FH and kids @ home... things for them are always coming up. Since he works nights, I think Friday's are really my only day for projects if I'm not too tired after a long week! My plan if to start today, but my Maid of Honor might be coming over and that means nothing will prb get done! We'll see ;)

P.S. Ladies!! My mom booked our last family vacation before I get married! We are going to Hawaii!!!!! (the last part of Feb. - beginning of March!) I am the only child so my parents are super excited to take me somewhere, one last time, just the three of us :)
