Are you in love with your ring?

Are you in love with your wedding ring? I know I am! Our engagement took me by surpise when it happened, but he did very well with my ring! We we attending our county fair and when we were riding on the sky scrpaer, Kyle pulled out the blue velvet box and asked me the question that will soon change our lives. Of coarse I said, "Hell Yes!"

We've looked at wedding rings before, but I didn't know it was happening sooner than I thought? LOL I think back, remembering that I've always wanted a Tiffany ring, but a Tocari isn’t bad either. I am in love with it. I look at it all day long and even wake up during the night to stare at it. I love it!

I *like* my ring, but I don't *love* it--my FI knows. We looked together before he bought it, but he ultimately had to go with a cheaper option due to finances.
Another reason why I'm not in love with it, however, is the fact that 5 months after he proposed (the first time), he called off the engagement. We 'separated', and later reconciled, but he ended up proposing again with the same ring. It gives me bad memories, even though we're set to walk down the aisle in 12 days. I try to focus on the positives, but sometimes it doesn't work. :S
