First snow of Winter

Its SNOWING here in Northern Virginia!

Its soooo pretty!!

I dont mind the snow when I dont have to drive in it. Im not the biggest fan when I have to drive in it JUST to go to work--BLAH!

Im glad we dont have any plans for today, just lounge around, pack and clean a little, and maybe watch a movie or two :) The kids are dying to go out and play, but its a wet snow, not a fluffy snow.

Does anybody have snow or getting snow now?

The other day on the news they were saying that studies have shown that in our area the first snow falls either on December 5th or January 26th. Here we are on the 5th, SNOW and all..For once our meteorologists were right ;)

I woke up and thought it had snowed! lol, absolutely everything is covered with a thick coating of frost, it's so pretty!
We will be getting snow any day, it's more than cold enough, but blue clear skies :)
I can't wait for snow though! I wait all year for it, haha.

first day of snow here in boston too!! very strange considering it was almost 70 degrees two days ago...new england weather, crazy :)

Snow ruins my life. lol. I live in canada we got out big snowfall this weekend and now my car is snowed in and i have a million things to do but cant go anywhere without calling a cab (which is a hour wait and would prob get stuck in the streets too). Damn snow days! I wish i lived in florida right now

First day of snow here in Toledo, Ohio, too.
I was at the grocery store, getting annoyed by the long wait in line, when I happened to glance out the window and see white fluffy flakes falling on my car's windshield. Ahhhh...it was so beautiful and relaxing! I kept watching the snow fall while waiting for my items to be rung up... suddenly, my attitude changed and I left the store in a cheery mood  =)

It hasn't really snowed in Vermont but I heard that there's usually snow on the ground by Thanksgiving. I just moved to Vermont for school. It'll be my first real winter with snow so I'm a little worried.
