This is futuremrsmitchell's Green Wedding!

I know that I love the idea of Chris & I having the whole wedding ordeal... with the walking down the aisle, the I do's, the bouquet toss, etc. BUT I'm really beginning to believe that maybe getting married at City hall would be just fine. Have any of you ladies done this? What is your take on it?

I made my first monogram today and I had SO much fun! My fiance loves it, and all the others ones I made he hated. Lol. Tell me what you think.

So I've found a new location but it would be best to have it during the week. What are your thoughts on weekday weddings? It's over $1,000 cheaper. I KNOW!!!! Hmmm... something to think about...

I will DIE when I get this dress!!! There's a problem though... it's a Justin Alexander dress and there is no where near me(bridal shops) that sell this dress. I googled it, and found it for CHEAP. I'm just nervous that it won't be quality. What are your thoughts? Thank you!

I should start by saying that I am IN LOVE with #1. Everything about her is so elegant, I love love love her look. :) And I'll be wearing a birdcage veil that is about half way down my face(best shown in pic#3). My dilema is that my hair is a little past my shoulders and we're getting married in June so... I don't know if my hair will be long enough...

Finding a ceremony & reception site is IMPOSSIBLE where I live. I'm not even limiting myself to Jacksonville, I would go to Gainesville or St. Augustine! But every place i've tried there are

1.) Food min.
2.)Bev. min.
3.) like $5,000!

I'm sorry but I'm not paying that much. I'm so frustrated. Ever gotten to the... "Let's just get eloped!!!" stage? Oh yeah, I'm there...

Chris doesn't need a new watch, and boudoir pictures are $500. Is it worth it? He doesn't ever use cuff links, and I want to get him something that he can use/like. We've decided to exchange the morning of so I really want him to think it's really awesome. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hello everyone! I'm so excited to finally be able to get so many amazing ideas from fantastic brides to be(or even newly mrs.!) So a little bit about my FH & I.

We met at work, actually. He ran the liquor store at Winn Dixie, and I just transfered over to the main store. I was still in high school so we never really worked together...until summer. Then he would come in, and be totally rude to everyone. He did not say anything, he'd just come in, make his deposits and leave. UNTIL one day I came along. :) I was really excited because I got my prom dress for senior prom for $5.00! & I was telling someone about it, and when he heard he started laughing. He says he loved how enthusiastic I am about everything. & so it began. But he waited until I was 18...good man, since he's 23.

As for the proposal, it was more of like a... "I think you should marry me" thing. We knew eventually it would happen but-one day he was like, "Let's go to the jewelry store, and pick you out a ring."

AND I DIED.

So, of course it was perfect. Thank You for listening. :)
