Ahhh so I've started to get RSVP's back and for a few people that we invited guests for but if we weren't sure of their name we wrote "Blah blah blah and guest" and you know the spot where it has the M______________.......everyone knows your supposed to write your name and the names of the guests right?!! Well i'm getting ones back that just have the original persons name but they checked 2 for coming....or I'll get ones that say 'Blah blah blah and guest'....lol what am I supposed to do with that when I'm doing the seating chart?!?! I need to know everyone's name and the spelling of their name!!!! So I've got to call all these people and find out their guests names!! Not fun...guess it could be worse. I just hope all my RSVP's come in so I don't have to call everyone to see if their coming and then call about names too!

This happened to us as well. We ended up contacting them and finding out the names. It's not fun but you could always nominate someone to do it for you. FMIL did some of ours considering as how it was mostly people from FH's side.

a good idea with rsvp is to write in pencil the number corresponding to the guest name on your list in the bottom corner of the rsvp so if they dont write their name at least you know who it is.HTH

this happened to us with a few of the rsvps as well so i am going to give those people a call as well with the help of my MOH. that's a good tip soonbe9509!! i never thought of that before.

Yea I've heard of that. But my problem isn't the people i've invited, it's their guests who I mostly don't really know. For example....we invited a friend and their girlfriend who we haven't met yet but they've been dating for a long time so we invited her....the person just writes back with their name and that two are coming....I need girlfriends name!!!! It's making me crazy.

if that happens to me i will just put on the seating card ikaufman08 guest table #....

make the person feel stupid for not responding... lol...

That is not such a big deal for me because I am not having assigned seating,but I can see how it would be a pain for you! But I just wanted to mention that I got one back that said M______myself and guest! And that was all it said! I didn;t even know who "Myself " was! But it was good for a laugh though,you have to wonder what people are thinking about at the time!

Yeap....all part of the R.S.V.P. Nightmare!

I LOVE the chloe but I love the blue. It's really too bad the chloe doesn't come in that blue! So I guess my vote is for the blue! :)

we aren't really having a hostess but I LOVE this dress! I might go to jcpenny to see if they have it and maybe I can use it for the shower or some...
