Invitation
QUESTION
Ok here is what I want our invitation to look like. There are 2 options. You can either have it with the bow or without it. I like the bow just not in that color. I think it would look better if it had a fuchsia bow. Well that is not an option. So i figured I would attach a pink bow myself. Now here is the question.

How should I go about doing this? I found a woman on ebay that makes pre-tied bows and then I could just glue the bow on. Is glue a bad idea?

Any other thoughts?

hole punch two holes (play the the distance first) and put the ribbon through the back to the front and tie a bow. Not too tight, it will make the paper buckle.

I am just concerned with how the bows are going to turn out.  I know I can't make a perfect bow.  Does that matter?

definitely not glue! there is too much of a chance for the bow to fall off and leave a clump of glue on your oh-so-very formal invitation. I think your best bet is to punch the two holes and tie them yourself like Samantha said. do a few practice bows and I'm sure you'll get the hang of it. Or petition one of your artsy friends to do it ... :) good luck!
