This past week I've been doing some CRAZY shopping! I found this tray at Ross and couldn't pass it up. I actually had just purchased a plain wood tray from Michael's the same day and had planned to paint it black and add damask card stock to the bottom but when I saw this tray I was SOOooo SooooOo excited, especially b/c it already had this raised tin damask on the bottom!

I purchased the wood letters "Tears of Joy" from Michael's and painting them white. Very easy but time consuming trying to get every nick and cranny. ;)

When I went to Big Lots previously I had seen these velum packs with confetti in them, loved them but not too sure what I could use them for.... Then I had an idea... Before I purchased them I made sure that pre-packed tissue would fit into them AND THEY DID!! So FH and I carefully opened ALL 120 of them and pored the confetti out. I then stuffed a few of them with the tissue and wrapped them with some left over ribbon I had. I LOVE the way it all turned out. :)

Where did you get the photo boxes that are underneath your tray? I love those too!!

The confetti packs were on an end cap (end of an aisle) our Big Lots had advertised the whole Martha Stewart collection that they had so you couldn't miss it. I went to another one in a different town and they were hard to find, so I would just ask a sales person. I got the boxes at Michaels, they were on sale for 3 for $5! Hope this helps
