Hello WBC So im here to share my news. My wedding is on a Thursday Evening. My fiance and I went back and forth and finally decided it was the best for us. While looking at wedding venues tons of places were doing really big discounts for weekday weddings. We are paying for our wedding ourselves. No credit cards just cash so we had to do whats best for our pockets. We spoke to many of our guest and everyone is game. When We booked out date there were already many Thursdays booked in 2013. Most of my co-workers have weeknights off. We dont have many OOT guest so it may sound selfish but Im not worried about inconveniencing my guest.Bottom line is its our day and the people who really want to be there to share this day will be no matter what day of the week.

Welcome to WBC ......Congratulations on your big day :) it is nothing wrong with a "Thursday Wedding" infact my wedding is on a Thursday and I have a lot of RSVPs, so with that being said keep in mind that your friends & family will come no matter what.

Thanks Ladies and I'm Happy to see another Thursday Bride and like I said we wanted a big wedding without breaking our bank accounts and if Thursdays the way to get it then so be it LOL

Everything will be just fine for your Thursday wedding, My cousin wedding was on a Thursday and it was fine. She has a lot of guest. My wedding has been moved from Sat to Friday and who is meant to there will be.

As long as your and your FH are happy that's all that matters!

Thanks I appreciate the support Your right its about my FH and I and people who are important will be there. Theres nothing wrong with a Friday wedding either. Where is it set in stone that weddings are supposed to be on Saturdays lol Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays are becoming extremely popular. I would go to a Monday wedding for anyone who invited . I love weddings.
