Centerpiece Ideas
So many to choose from!
I was thinking about centerpieces and whether I wanted flowers or candles. I love both so I thought about doing half and half but I dont know if I like that Idea. Here are pictures of some of the ideas that I really like for the reception. I want it to have a romantic and classy feel to it. I love the candle one a lot. Its probably my favorite. I just hope that I can figure out how to do this without being so expensive!

This is absolutely beautiful.  I also love & will be using lots of candles for our day.  As far as expenses go, you may want to regularly check your newspaper or online for sales (or sign up for updates) for Michaels, AC Moore, Hobby Lobby, Garden Ridge (or any other local craft store).  Generally, they have great prices & better sales, so alot of times, you can get votives, pillars, or the holders at a great price, without worrying about the s/h fees.

Also, www.save-on-crafts.com & www.dollartreedirect.com has terrific prices.  Dollar Tree's website offers everything for only a dollar, but you do have to buy in bulk (perfect in this case).  That's a nice alternative for the candles, especially when your concern is more about the look & overall ambiance, & not really caring about the fragrance.

Hope this helps!

I would go with the candle ones if you are having a night time wedding and I would go with the flowers for the daytime wedding...Good luck.  Plus you don't have to have the same centerpieces on all tables you can mix and match.

I actually came across this picture a while ago and loved it. This website is by the girl who made it and is a detailed description of where she got everything (IKEA - drinking glasses instead of candle holders - genius and cheap!) and then details on how to set it up. Hope it helps!

If it is a nighttime reception I would vote for the candles they can add so much to the table and are less expensive than live flowers
