The tassels are awesome!  I'd hit a fabric store and check into their sale bins or find coupons to pick up those babies!  The floral garlands look a bit like the silk garlands from Michaels too.  The look is really impressive but you could probably make it happen for a fraction of whatever they spent on this photo shoot!!
