Anyone having a Barn Wedding?
I've decided that since I am pushing my date back... I may as well change my venue to somewhere a little more budget friendly. how about a BARN!! lol I've always loved how they look in pictures. My guest would probably have to drive an extra 20-25 mins.
Does anyone have any decor ideas? or Unique ideas all together? |

2011 Brides???
We recently had to push our date back to 9/10/11. I was not excited about it at first, but it does give us more time to plan every little detail and save enough money to have it exactly the way we want it. Any other 2011 brides? If so, what are you girls working on??

What is the purpose of a garter set?
I see that many stores and websites sell garters in a set of two. Both looking slightly different. What is the purpose of purchasing two? I thought we only wear one and it gets tossed. Any insight would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Wedding Invitation
Finally decided....drum roll.............
SCROLLS! These are so nice and flashy like we like. We didn't want to do a tradition paper invitation so we are ordering these cloth material scrolls. 100% more than what I ever imagined!. These are pics of the samples we ordered.
My invitates were originally supposed to be DIY, but I changed my mind because clearly I can't make anything as neat as this. |

RELOCATION IDEAS?
Well.... right now it's wedding planning time. Buttttttttttttt right after that's over we are planning to relocate our new family else where. Being from the DC area... we LOVE a good CITY. Big Metro areas. Any suggestions from you girls? We are considering Chicago, Boston, Seattle, and possibly Dallas (although I hate hot places). Thanks in advance!
