How does timing work?
So the limo company that we think we are going to go with charges $200 for 2 hours in a 8-passenger lincoln town car. Do those 2 hours have to be together? Do limo companies let you drive around for an hour (the bridal party anyway), drop you off at the reception and leave to do w/e, then come back to pick the wedding party up and drop everyone off at their homes (taking up another hour) = total 2 hours... is that allowed or does it have to be 2 hours straight service?

2 hours are back to back--straight service-  that probably includes picking up bridal party and driving to ceremony and then if ceremony is different location driving to venue.. I have my limo for 4 hours- pick up at 2:00pm for men- then pick up for ladies- he waits at church- drives us to pics and drops us off for 6:oopm reception and then he leaves- us getting home is on our own

It depends on the company. The limo service my FI's cousin hired for her wedding, let her break up the 4 hours for her package throughout the day. Talk to them and see if you can negotiate something.
