My Pomander Ball with Hanging Gems!

I made these pomander balls today :) I really like how they turned out. I made some white pomander balls a while back that I posted about but I am liking these way better!!

I included some pictures so maybe you could get an idea on how I made them!!

What do you girls think?

I really like these pomander balls, gems and all! Where did you get your flower heads from?I bought rose bouquets and removed the head, but is there some sort of  wholesale place that sells the heads by themselves?

adellserina: I got these flowers from efavormart.com. It was like 164 flowers for $43. I don't know of any place that just sells flowers already cut off the stem.

These flowers easily came off the stem, though. No need for wire cutters, all you do is pull them off. :)

Did you order the open roses or the rose buds? And did you order the silk, velvet, or organza roses? Thanks!

I love these, I was going to buy them, but you make them look easy. I think I'm going to make them as well. How much did you spend on each ball? and how many flowers did you have to end up buying from efavormart?

@futuremrswinters: Thanks :) I'm not sure how much I spent on each ball. I bought it all together. All the balls, flowers, gems..etc. Maybe about $16 each. I bought everything a little at a time. On efavormart, the flowers I got were 168 flowers / 24 bushes.. 7 flowers per bush.. So I ended up buying 2 & that made 8 pomander balls.

I'm glad I had the chance to make them because on etsy they sell these for atleast $20.. So I decided to make them myself :)

Good luck!
