I knew I wanted the pomander balls to use as part of my centerpieces, but finding the right flowers to work well had been a bit of a struggle. When I came across the instructions for the tissue paper pomander I thought I'd give it a try. I LOVE IT! For one, it's cost effective. 1 package of tissue paper cost 99 cents, and it gave me enough for about 1.5 balls using the 4inch styrofoam (now it's not covered completely b/c it's going in a vase). They really came out very nicely, I was quite impressed. They are super easy to make, just important to play with different sizes to get what works best. Now I"ve got the measurements down and can put my fam/friends to work! :)
can you share where you found the instructions to make them out of tissues paper?
They are super easy, but I am a very visual person, so it was easier to see it on here first.
Sorry for the sideways pics. And I forgot to mention the pic where there are two vases, the one on the right was the original one I made with silk flowers and the one on the left is the tissue paper.
