PLEASE HELP!!!!
Bridal Shower Registry/Gifts

So my mom is planning my Bridal Shower and she's asking me where am I going to register and I'm like what? I didn't even think about the gifts lol. What stores do you register with or request gifts from? My mom says I'm supposed to get lingerie and stuff for "romance"...I have never been to a Bridal Shower so I don't know.

My sister recommended myregistry.com for the bridal shower. I am registered at Macy's, BB&B and Target (Tar-jay, lol) for the wedding. I am actually letting my bridesmaids pick the gifts out for me. Its less pressure on me that way. Especially with everything that's going on.

LoL at Tar-jay. I'm going to do Bed Bath and Beyond and Sandals Honeymoon Registry for my Bridal Shower.

We are saving to purchase a home so we're asking for financial gifts for wedding gifts.

Bed Bath and Beyond is were we are going to do ours! Home Sense, Sears, The Bay. . . anywhere that you shop for your home :)
The honeyfund.com is good too if your looking into do a honeymoon registry.

also, i've learned a lot of different stuff. i guess it depends on the people and the coulter. . . we are used to only having a registry for the bridal shower, which consist on things for the home, or money if no registry is made. for the actual wedding there is no registry, we just give money as a gift.
the lingerie and what not would just be gifts for the bachelorette party, but everyone is different and itÂ’s nice to see how things work outside of what your used too =)

They way your culture do it basically what's I'm doing. I did a BB&B registry for gifts for the home and a honeymoon registry for the Bridal Shower.

My MOH says she is going to put lingerie and X-Rated gifts (lol) for the Bachelorette Party

We asked for monetary gifts for the wedding :-)

I completely understand what you are asking...Bridal Shower gifts(the way we do it and the way it seems that your mom and aunt does it, lol) are totally seperate from wedding gifts, so you're going to basically have 2 total different registries. For Wedding gifts we are doing a honeyfund and monetary...but for my bridal shower i will go on my favororite lingerie websites and/or stores(so that they have options) and write down some item numbers and then my MOH will type up little cards with the website/store addresses and item numbers below with my correct size and send them out inside the bridal shower invites. This way my guests dont have to guess(no pun intended lol) and i get what i want. Also, im putting down some of my fav Vickie secret/B&BW scents just so they have options.....
