Hello my WBC friends-im back!
I just wanted to come by & see how all of my lovely ladies were doing, it's been a minute. I also wntd 2 update everyone on my accomplishments!! I've kept up with the working out thing even after the wedding-im EXCITED 2 say that the last time i posted on this subject i weighed in @ 150 lbs (Nov 8th) and im now ...142 LBS!!! I feel AMAZING! I would have lost more but since the wedding i couldnt commit as much time 2 the gym . My hubby was letting me go every day (mon-thur) bc he knew i had 2 get into that dress! lol, but now i have 2 fulfill the "wifey" & "mommy" duties! : / i was down to only 2x/wk @ the gym which was really not helping much. It helped, but it was SO SLOW. Then, last wk I started going to the gym during my lunch hour!! I timed it & the gym is only 7 min from my work!! I alwys thought i wouldnt hav enough time during lunch. I WAS WRONG! I am now able 2 get about a 40 min wrkout in!! i love it. Keep up the hard work ladies!! and good luck!! |
