Everything went well on my wedding day 9-4-10!!! The weather was soooooooooooooooo perfect it was cool and I didn't sweat at all. I thought the cake, flowers, and decorations turned out perfect and nothing went wrong at all.

Bachelorette Party
I had my Bachelorette Party in Pittsburgh on 8-21. We stayed at the Omni William Penn Hotel. The dress that I am wearing wasn't what I planned on wearing but the zipper broke in my "sexier" dress. This dress just makes me look bigger than I am. My girls got me some super cute Victoria's Secret stuff and we went out to eat at the Pittsburgh Steak Company. I wanted to go to the Cheesecake Factory but the wait was 2 hours long!! We then went out in southside and got a couple of drinks and it started pouring so we didn't want to walk around so we went to this guy and girl strip club and it was sooo ghetto but it was absolutely HILARIOUS!!! I had such a fun time and laughed my a$$ off!

2 WEEKS UNTIL I'M A MRS.!
I am sooooooo excited!! I am finalizing the stuff for the dj, doing the seating chart and place cards, finalizing the florist, picking up my dress, and getting my hair cut and colored all this week!!

Reception
I finally decided on the reception centerpieces... I just LOVEEEE this centerpiece it is so timless and classic looking. ( the flowers will be a little darker pink than in this picture)
This sweetheart table display is TO DIE FOR!!! I hope my florist can duplicate this in pinks and whites!! For the head tables on either side of the sweetheart table I am going to have my florist do a rose petal runner across and incorporate the bridesmaids flowers in vases. For the Place card table I want to have rose petal runners in between the cards (I have a picture of what I like but I am having problems uploading) Last picture is the inspiration flowers for my wedding day but they will have more white in them. 14 days until my wedding which is SOOOO CRAZY!!!!! I am getting the final details in order...finalizing the dj song list, venue, and florist!! I decorated my jars for the cookie buffet.... Next thing to do is to find out were everyone will be seated and do my place cards! I also start school the week of my wedding which is even crazier!! I am student teaching finally for Elementary Education. (I graduated in 2008 but I was unable to student teach due to my job and since I lost my job this year I am able to student teach and do what I love!!) TIME IS FLYING BY!! |
