Oh good someone else trying to lose weight too oh you can send me some recipes or menus please! For the past 6 wks Ive done an hour fast walking a day have gone down a dress size, Ive been watching what I was eating for 6 days out of the week, ate what I want on one of the days then. This week have upped the ante and doing a 1.5hr walk or a longer walk basically that should take that long but if I push myself I do it quicker. Just trying to get the baby weight off for good its the belly I need to tone up doing sit ups and I have noticed a little difference but need to tone it up for bikini in Feb in Mexico!! Any tips?
