Bridesmaid Assembly Party Part 1

What food to serve?

In another post I stated, every month because of my large party of 14 bridesmaids, we will have a gathering, (with the exception of this month because of two weddings I am attending and in). August 22nd is the Bridesmaid Favor assembly Party, part one. I have purchased a banner, lawn sign and invitation from vistaprints FREE sale. I have a pic of them to the left. The colors of the assembly party are hot pink, black and white (black and white paisley). I will have a long table set up with these paisley treat boxes in front of each person. They will ahve their supplies in each one. I have purchased mini paper trimmers(14 for 7.00), rulers (.35 ea), glue stick (12 pack, 2.99), large paper trimmers(4x6.99)...

Our agenda is to assemble:
*Passport save the sate information book
*Boarding pass save the date(thanks mirandac!)
*save the date- message in a bottle keepsakes
*kids pails
*tears of joy packets

I want them to have a nice lunch or dinner, we will start a 4:00 pm.... any suggestions?
