Just for fun, what will your new last name be? Hyphenated names too! I wonder if we'll have any duplicates on here? :) Already married? Feel free to share as well!

new last name is johnson. i facebooked how many kara johnsons are on there - over 700 which im not pumped about! haha so i'm definitely keeping my maiden name attached soooo.. breunig johnson. i like having only my name on facebook, no duplicates :)
LOL@ Divabride! My FH is the same way! I love my last name, but always knew that when I got married I would take my husband's, so my FH was pretty lucky, lol!
I'll be Mrs. Edwards. I kid around with my fiance sometimes and tell him that I'm keeping my maiden name (Shelton). He doesn't like it very much when I do that haha.
Mrs. Shumpert here....It's been so hard remembering I'm married now, and have to sign my name accordingly....So much paperwork, so many scribbles!!! LMAO
Al0019, My FH would love to have your last name, for sure. He's always acting like he has an English accent, & it's HORRIBLE. He always says he wishes he was from London, lol. He'd be so mad for me letting yall know all that :)
well I am moving my last name to my middle name and taking on his. So I will be R. Harrison Pinder. I am hoping one day people will call me Dr. P, with a lot of prayer and studying I will get there.
Future Mrs. Simon checking in! LOL! My FH said the same as many FH's: I have enough brothers to carry on the name. My maiden name is Wolfe and Wolfe-Simon sounds awkward.

Being a Dutch citizen, my last name actually doesn't change on anything. Dutch law states that all women must keep their maiden names. Thus I remain Schutte.
However, I'm still considered a "Mrs". Under my maiden name on my passport, in bracketed teeny tiny letters, there will be the writing e/v Donkers. This means Echtgenoot Van Donkers (Spouse of Donkers). I can also hyphen my husband's last name next to mine on unofficial documents.
So unofficially I will be Schutte-Donkers
On occassion you also see male passports the same e/v (spouse name).
From Miss Snyder to Mrs. Cornett. I am a teacher so it will take some extra getting used to, but I love it! My students asked what my name will be and when I told them a lot of the girls said ohhhh, fancy. I agree:)
From Jones to Jones-Knowles or just Mrs. Knowles. I don't know. I really like Keisha Jones and he doesn't care if I hypenate or just use Knowles as long as I use it like the other FH's above. I've been KJ for so long at work, some of the girls tease that I will now be KK. I don't know. One of the good things is that for the wedding I can use the K initial for Knowles when inside I feel like it stands for Keisha. Even though my legal name is Nakeisha, but NOBODY calls me that, including people at work as my name on my e-mail address @ work is kjones. I know this was way more information than anyone needed... LOL!!!!
LMAO @ sravll. Tell em girl!!!! Get off our blog!!! I went from Carr as in "vroom vroom" lol old childhood joke to Henry. I've been changing my last name for everything, I officially signed my first check this week with Henry (and almost wrote Carr again). Heck I was Carr for 26 years, but happy to have been Henry for 2 months already. Time fly...
Keep em coming ladies. I know we have some newbies!

Well, in Mexico women don't generally change their names and everyone has two last names - their mother's and their father's (well, their father's father's then their mother's father's in that order). Everyone in my family wants me to change it, but I don't really want to - so FH has agreed that we can both take both names - we will be the Turcott-Ritchick Family. I'm excited!
I'm going from McGee to Davis. FH told me a hyphen is not an option. I asked him to take my last name, but he wasn't having that (LOL). O well his loss :D
I'm going from Cucullo to Miller, so I'm pretty happy...I'll never have to spell or pronounce my name again, yay! and just think, we'll share our name with a supermodel :D
I am a Mrs. De Marchi now:) my last name is Fantasia, which I love since if i had to translate it in English it would be Fantasy, which is so so so original:) But still so happy to be married to my Mirco De Marchi now;)
Mrs.Hester-Smith . I want to change it to only Mrs.Smith now, because I am still being called Ms.Hester. After I complete my M.S. I'm changing it . Keeping Hester allows me to easily connect my Undegraduate trancripts for now.
Going from Miss. Hall to Mrs. Talal..the only funny thing about it is that I googled and facebooked Kimberly Talal and no one has it. YET THAT IS!!!! Fiance is Italian and catholic but name is Arabic now that's a long story.
I like the sound of that :)
To which, FH has outlawed any future son names that also sound like professions... lol... such as Mason, Taylor, Hunter, Gatherer...
That last one was just for fun. =)
Corsiglia (Core-silly-uhh)
I tried to keep the maiden name and make it Terrell-Robinson but the FH said H*** NO!!! It's either all or nothing. LOL!!!
So Robinson it is! :)
I can't wait!!!
Reid-Richards isn't that bad though :P
so I went from Jones to Cosby...I'm moving up the alphabet...
Divabride my husband said the same thing...LOL
I call him Connecticut...LOL( E.G. when he wanders away in a store)
up one letter!!! lol
changing from Vlachos (greek) to Hannon (Irish)
Mrs. Tiffany George-Daniel. Or Tiffany Daniel..............havnt decided as yet really. FH doesnt care which one as long as his name is there somewhere :-)
