What can you say that haven't been already said.  Marta was a wonderful WBC bride...if nothing else you came online to see her work and posting.  She was willing to help anyone that asked her concerning a design or project. Her wedding was gorgeous!! I saw on the wedding knot another friend of hers had posted about her being ill all of a sudden. My heart is sadden but I know God has a reason and purpose for everything. I pray for peace that surpasses our understanding for her husband and family. Time is not ours to play with but to let those around us know that we love them because tomorrow isn't promise. Hug your fiance' or kids a little longer, call that mom, dad, brother, sister, grandmother, aunt, or any family member that you haven't spoke with and just let them know you care. Walk  Bless ladies because we are!

wow my heart goes out to her family i just can't believe it

Marta had a brain aneurysm rupture last Thursday while at work. I was told a coworker did CPR and she was rushed to the hospital. She was considered clinically dead for 15-20 minutes and in that time a lot of damage was done to her heart and brain. She was strong enough to have surgery on her brain the following day, but test after test have showed little activity.

I can't even believe it.  She just got married and was not too long ago on here helping others out.  I've been on WBC for awhile now (long engagement) and had the pleasure of following her blog up to her wedding day.  Her comments were always helpful & warm hearted, and I'm sure there are so many people that are going to miss her.

I searched her blog after this and have chills running through me. I can't even imagine how her NEW husband must feel. It hurts me just thinking about it.

Too young, too beautiful, and too much life left to live to leave this world so soon.

OMG! I was just about to eat my morning breakfast with it on my lap, signing onto this and now I'm just sick to my stomach! I took a good minute to cry for her and her family...and now I'm back to  express condolences and a memory of my WBC sister Marta.

OMG, let this be a dream. I'm so saddened for such a loss that has gone much to soon. Marta and I conversated a few times during my wedding process. She made our monogram, exchanged dog/pet news on her precious Chanel and my Zoe & Gi-gi... I'm so upset that her time has been shortened. Bless her family now, she was definitely gifted and we as WBC have been honered to have shared, expressed and accepted her coments with all the love and help from her. R I P Marta! Very saddening to hear this news, her life was just beginning. My thought are with her husband, family, and friends.

P.S., Grateful bride thanks for posting and letting us all know about this. It seems like I wanted to do more for hoping that Dwayne and her family members got my personal message. I went to her photographers blogspot and left a personal message there too. I feel somewhat a little better, knowing that he and family members might see it there.

@ Vintagebabe, I have been thinking about Dwayne as well, & I cannot update you guys on his condition, as I do not know.  I am certain that he is coping the best he can & I know this is extremely difficult for him, Marta's twin, & especially her mom.  Please continue to keep them all in your thoughts and prayers, & if I find out how he is doing, I will definitely let you know.

This certainly does not seem fair at all, but I know that God makes no mistakes.  Although Marta's time here with us seems short & cheated, The Lord must have had something greater in store for her in heaven.  I don't really even know what to say.  It's all so surreal.  I am just so blessed to have known her, she was often known as "Heavensent" & I believe it.  She was & still is an angel to so many.

Thank You LaRhonda.  I think that is so sweet & warm of you.  I am sure her family & loved ones will be touched.  I hope you feel better soon, I know it is hard to eat hearing this.  Just know she is in a better place, but I think we are all hurting right now.

I am so truly saddened to hear of this news. . She was such a wonderful person. Ive been following her blog and had a wonderful experience when I bought some of her wedding items. She will truly be missed and my heart prayers and condolences go out to Marta's husband and her family.

OMG...I am in such shock right now!!  Marta was actually the first bride I ever "fave'd" on this site and her blog was one of the main reasons why I ever even joined this site!!  I used to do all of my wedding research just by googling everything...but somehow that led me to Marta's blog, and after looking around at hers and many other blogs on this site, that's when I decided to join and create my own!!  I'm soo saddened by this news...Marta was such a warm, caring, and helpful person to EVERYONE she came in contact with...I even still have some e-mails saved from her where she tried to help me with some invitation designs!!  It is soo true that tomorrow is NEVER promised to anyone...and it always seems to be the people who are the MOST deserving to live that God decides to take too soon!!  Obviously God was constantly looking down over Marta and saw what an amazingly warm hearted person she was and He must have decided that He just couldn't wait any longer to have such a deserving ANGEL in His presence!!  With tears in my eyes as I type this...I send my deepest sympathies and prayers of condolences to her family, especially to her husband of only a few short months Dwayne, and to her mother and twin sister.  I cannot even begin to imagine what they are going through right now...but I know that Marta is looking down over all of her family right now and smiling and they will definitely see her again one day!!

WOW this really hurts. I don't really get to interact on a personal level with anyone on this site but I have a few blogs that I love to read and I've looked thru hers a couple of times. Never imagined signing on and finding one of us has departed our family. I remember some pics she had in her blog and you could just tell they shared so much love and joy together. My heart pains for her new hubbie. I hope he knows he was able to spend and share, what she referred to in her blog as one of the best day of her life, her wedding day. To her twin, friend, family, and WBC sister try to remember her smile and it will help soften the pain of this unexpected lost. My prays are with everyone who was able to be touched by this wonderful woman.

It is with the greatest sadness that I am sending my condolences to the family and friends of Marta.  Death comes out of nowhere sometimes and leaves us with lots of questions.  I am asking for God's grace, mercy and healing in this hard time. I have not been on WBC much since the wedding, and this is a terrible news. I am so sad to hear this. Marta was a wonderful bride on here and her wedding was beautiful. My thoughts are with her family and friends.

thinking about this still feels like a bad dream.

I am still in absolute shock after having another bride contact me with this news. My heart aches for her dear family and she will be dearly missed!

@ Vintagebabe....I feel the exact same way.  I just keep thinking that maybe I'm not thinking clearly, or I'll realize that this was all a very bad dream.  I move on one minute, then feel like I see her face & I want to cry the next.  It's still just unbelievable, & I feel for her family and husband.

That makes me feel a little better to Vintagebabe and Gratefulbride. I have been going through the emotions ever since I found out too. Now I don't feel alone. My husband came into the room last night and asked me, what's wrong babe. I told him that I'm still thinking about Dwayne- her hubby and still seeing her beautiful face as well.
