Any second-time brides? How did you get the courage?
Hi ladies!
I'm wondering how many second time brides there are on this site and how they knew they were ready to say 'I do' again after their first marriage ended. I'm close to my divorce being final and even though I'm in an awesome, committed relationship, even looking at wedding stuff gives me the heebie-jeebies!!! Any responses would be absolutely appreciated!!! |

Wedding Cake
I <3 RUFFLES!!!
Alright, I'll admit it. Even though I am a guerrera which may make me seem pretty hardcore and tomboy-ish...deep down inside I'm a total girly-girl!
Which is why I think my wedding cake/dress will HAVE to feature some seriously girly ruffles! I'm pretty sure I want to do a small, one tier cake for show/cutting and then just get sheet cakes to feed the guests, so these ones are right up my alley!!! Now, do I do purple icing, or classic white with some kind of fun purple topper?! |

Infinity dresses!
Ladies,
I know we are always looking for ways to make the lives of our bridesmaids easier and to keep them from spending a fortune on our big day. My solution? Infinity dresses! Take a look at the photo! The dress is one pattern that can be worn a million ways! That way each girl gets to chose their style, but the dresses are still similar! I'd probably get one for myself too and rock it to the reception!! What do you think? Would you get your girls to rock the infinity dress? |

Keeping it in the family!
Soooo...all my family has been married in the same church, basically. It's St. Mary's in my hometown. I never thought I'd want to get married there, just because I now no longer live in my hometown...but the more I've thought about it - the more tradition seems like the way to go. My parents got married in that church, my sister did too...I imagine that if I ever have a church wedding, I'll want to do it there.
Where are you getting married? Does it have any special meaning to you? |
