Ask a Question
Finally! I decided on and ordered my invitations! After much deliberation. I am so indecisive. They are beautiful and have a rustic garden kind of feel. Can't wait to get them in. I just have one question though. What is good etiquette for addressing envelopes? Do I need to hand write our return address on the back flap or can I have it printed in black script?

Wedding Reception
ceremony and reception venue
This is our ceremony and reception venue. 5eleven Palafox in downtown Pensacola. I am so in love with this venue. It's beautiful. It's an old navy bar. Our ceremony will out back on the patio in the evening. There is one big tree out back with strings of the big globe like lights stringing from the tree to the wooden fence. The chandelier in the front windows is my favorite part of this venue. It's just so elegant looking. I couldn't be more happy with this venue!

Wedding Hair Style

So, I have been back and forth with my wedding hairstyle, At my last routine hair appointment I had my stylist curl my hair just so I can see how well it would hold up. Not very well. So I decided since my wedding dress has a somewhat low back I would do a messy up do with a birdcage veil from etsy.com. I am going for this hairstyle and will purchase this veil with flower.

Honeymoon

We will be leaving the morning after our wedding at 5:45 in the morning to catch a plane to Atlanta, then from there to Ocho Rios, Jamaica! We got a Butler Suite with a private pool that will be shared with four other rooms.How awesome is that? I am so excited, but I absolutely hate flying and don't want to leave my son for seven days. I just have to keep telling myself it will be okay and people fly everyday. We definitely need this vacation.

The Proposal
It was in our two bedroom apartment with just me, our son and my boyfriend (now fiance). I always give our son, who was 13 months at the time, a bath right after dinner. His dad decided to give him a bath this one night. I didn't think anything of it. I just thought he was giving me a break. He brought our son out for me to put his pajamas on. When I took him he had the ring in his little hand. I was so surprised! Then William asked me to marry him. It was the sweetest, cutest thing ever. I am so lucky.

I am absolutely in love with our wedding cake. It is a four tier ivory cake with buttercream icing and vanilla inside. This is the original picture. Our cake will be just like this only with two tiers at the bottom.

Wedding Dress
I have never had a dream dress like most girls do. I have never imagined myself in any kind of dress. If anything, I thought I would walk down the aisle in a strapless ballgown dress. Until I discovered this dress. It is perfect. I had to have it custom ordered and have not even seen it in person or tried it on. I am in love with the back of the dress. It has buttons going all the way down. It's beautiful! I can't wait to try it on. It won't be in until mid April and our wedding is May 5. Hopefully only minor alterations will be needed.

Our wedding will be May 5th in downtown Pensacola, Fl. It will be at a beautiful venue that use to be an old navy bar. There are five bridesmaids and five groomsmen. I will be in a beautiful chapel length ivory lace dress with beading at the waist.
