Our Wedding Day Packard
I love vintage cars and was debating between the 1934 Packard and the 1935 Morris 8 Series. We went with the Packard and were so happy with our decision!
It was a beautifully restored car and the driver was such a nice man. It made our day PERFECT! |

This was our head table centerpiece (red)
We used a combination of Black Beauty and Ruby Red roses and red peonies. We used champagne colored vases, red stemware, and gold chargers to bring the tabletop together.

One of our centerpieces
We did a simple pave of Black Beauty and Ruby Red roses with cymbidium orchids suspended in the fluted vase! We wanted the outline of the centerpiece to be elegant, yet dramatic. The pave was kept loose intentionally to highlight the various colors, sizes, and shapes of all the roses.

Our white centerpieces
We had three different centerpieces in an effort to stay within our wedding budget!
We used white ostrich feathers with gold curly willow to make a dramatic and "firework-like" arrangement. The theme of our reception was "1940's Jazz" so the ostrich feathers tied in well with the time period . |

I am wild about flowers! We used all different types, shapes, sizes, and even incorporated ostrich feathers some of our centerpieces!

We wanted an elegant and sophisticated cake. We desperately tried not to make the cake too "theme-oriented". Well, I am not sure if we succeeded, but the cake was yummy!!!
