I FIT IN MY DRESS!
weight the nightmare of some!
well im 5'0 and i was weighing 135 . i didnt feel 100% comfortable and everyone told me i was good. but still now.... im down to 128 and i fit perfectly in my dress. i was excited. i know when you are loosing weight and then you try something on and it fits good you get happy!!
im not killing myself with DIETS i just stopped eating at night. i drink lots of water durring the day. Also i eat small portions and healthy! and at nights i've been doing the BIGGEST LOSER BOOTCAMP DVD. its great. since i havent had time to drive to the gym. i'm doing it at the comfort of my house. good luck girls and remember just eat healthy and smaller portions. and never forget your H20. |

Wedding Decoration
Church / Reception Decor
so this weekend I got on the ball and i went and bought at a wholesale flower company 200 roses and 30 calla lilies to do my sample decorations. i'll break it down explaining and then please give your feed back!!
The Pomander- Will be what hangs from the church pews along with tulle. It will be a bit smaller but this was just a sample. Oasis ball used here is 6 inch .We will use a 4 inch. The Calla Lillies- that will be my bridal bouquet. The Pomander on the vase- Is the reception centerpieces. Approx. $35 per centerpiece . Will put 4-5 candles around it on the table. The Rose Bouquet- will be my bridesmaid bouquet. The candle- Is the favors. If you scroll down my page you can see the label that goes in the front side of the candle . And those are the bows which were purchased at JKM RIBBONS. What do you think? i want feedback |

Finally! the dresses are in. They didnt take 8 weeks like the store originally said. I like them! Which i think that that is the important part to it. Now i cant scratch that off the list.
Now.. i have to deal with "the boys" I dont know who is more complicated to work with .. the girls or the boys. =] |

Found & booked Reception Venue.
@Miami
yay! i finally booked the reception place. pricing is pretty good and i love the location. its not even 10 mins from the church where the ceremony will be held! its right next to biscayne bay and it has a great view to downtown miami and the beach. i attached a couple of pictures of the outside of the park and the views.

the Favors.
so we didnt want something edible nor something people usually just throw away or put away in the back of a drawer.
we decided to just decorate a votive candle and use that as our favors. you can see in the pictures the green ribbon. that will be wrapped around the candle and the sticker goes on top. the final picture i will post when ready. but this is the idea. i just placed the order for my labels [the ones in te picture are my samples] so im excited cant wait till they all come in!!!! any ideas?comments? =] |

DIY Card Box
So. i decided to give it a try. i have seen so many DIY card boxes that i think i'll do one just to see if me and my love will like it. =)
so i plan to trim down a bit the largest box. it looks too big to me. and after that i'll paint all the boxes an ivory color. since the wedding colors are Clover green/Mocha/ivory. I found that pearl B at Michael's for $.99 ! i'm not sure if i will be using it but it must come in handy soon. to the right is little pearls i will be using as part of the decoration of the boxes. im not done buying stuff. but its a start. what do you think ? |
