When the time comes I want to make these Fan Programs. I found the template from this lady who makes them and she shares her instructions and template. They are beautiful.

I love the first picture. It would be inexpensive and I think it's pretty. It would only work with that style chair and I'm not sure what kind of chairs our place uses. All I know is that they are white. I think they are probably more like the second picture which I like as well.

Not going to work. I just check on the website and our chairs are like the second picture but in white. It's the 3rd picture. That's ok, though, I really like the second pic too.

I love the candelabra with the crystals. I'll probably incorporate them on the head table and cookie table. I love the flowers in the trifle bowl, I've never seen that before. I also like the three English Garden planters. The biggest one is 6" then, 5" and 3". So they're not huge, I could do all three on the table with roses or peonies. I like the pears too. What do you ladies like?

We are having our ceremony in a garden and I'm starting to get nervous about bees. My sister just told me that she was at an outdoor wedding last year where the bride had a bee get under her gown and it stung her! During the Ceremony! The bride didn't even flinch. she waited until after the ceremony to tell anyone. I think I would have been flappin' around trying to get it out.

I'm sure, come the day of the wedding, bees will be the last thing I'll be thinking about.

Thanks to littlelady93 I found my white bridal shoes! I love them and they looks so pretty with my gown. Thank you littlelady93! I bought the floral rainboots, in case the ground is wet, since we are getting married outside. Plus, it would make a great photo op and I just love rainboots. I want the pink flip flops too but they are $70! I can't see spending $70 on flip flops. I could just buy a pair of cheap ones and add some bling to them. I'm still not sure I want to wear flip flops when I'm walking down the aisle... I was walking my dog the other day and I notice how they make such a loud flop noise (even in the grass) and I wondered if everyone would hear that as I was coming down the aisle? Funny how everything I think about relates to "The Wedding" I also bought these pink jacquard slippers to run around in at the reception, they are so comfy.

I tried this dress on over a month ago and loved it. I thought I better try on others just to make sure. So, I went to two other boutiques, but I couldn't get this one out of my mind. So, I went back yesterday and bought it. They threw the veil in for free (reg $250). My mom is an awesome negotiator! They also took 20%off the dress and tiara and anything else I buy from them (bridesmaid dress, shoes, mother of bride/groom dresses, slip).

We decided on the Save the Date invitations we want to send out to our family and friends, but how early do you send them? Is a year too long in advance?

There are so many beautiful cakes out there that I love. My favorite cake "today" is the first one, but it changes on a daily basis. It's so hard to pick just one. Is anyone doing cake centerpieces or a bunch of mini cakes at their reception?

I notice a lot of people are doing a candy table. Here in Pittsburgh we have a tradition of doing cookie tables at weddings. Usually grandmas and aunts help make the cookies, but we both come from fairly small families so we are going to have our caterer do the cookies and pastries. They look so yummy, it makes me think "Who needs dinner, let's just do a dessert reception."

I love making these mosaics. What a great way to brainstorm. I've already bought some of the items in the mosaic. I'm out of control on the internet. I've become an online shopper, boxes are coming all the time. My fiance jokes that since we've become engaged he never sees me, and we live together! Is anyone else addicted to online shopping?

We booked our venue for our ceremony and reception. Will and I fell in love with Buhl Mansion as soon as we pulled in the parking lot. It is so romantic. It was rated as one of the top inn in the nation. We are going to have the ceremony in the gardens and reception in the carriage house, which is half indoor and half under a tent . We've booked all ten bed rooms so that we can have the place from 3pm until noon the next day. It's the Castle for Day Package! That way our family can spend the night and enjoy the whole mansion. It could not have been more perfect.

I was going to go to run some earns after work and Will said he'd like to come along so he picked me up after work. I thought this was a little strange because I was going to go to Michael's Craft Store and thought why the heck does he want to go there? But I rationalized it by thinking maybe he wanted to grab a bite to eat or something afterward. So, Will picked me up after work and we started driving and I realized we were going the opposite way of Michael's. He said he just wanted to go down the street and check out this restaurant that he made reservations for tomorrow (which was Valentine's Day). Ok, whatever, then I realized he was still wearing his work clothes. (he was done with work 2 hours ago). I asked what are you still doing in your work clothes. He said he didn't have time to change when he got home, had to take the dog out, etc...My mind started racing...could this be it! Then we pulled in to the parking lot of our favorite restaurant that we go to for special occasions. I acted like I didn't know. But my heart was pounding. We went in and the hostess sat us in the loft. We ordered our drink and an appetizer. I noticed John Mayer was playing in the background (which is our favorite musician). After the waitress brought our drinks and appetizer she brought a vase with beautiful pink rose and said, "I think these are for you." and set them on the table. Next thing I know Will is on my side of the table on his knee. He told me how the past four years have been the best years of his life and that he wants to spend the rest of his life with me. And he popped the question and I said of course!!!!
