Monograms... Where to get them? Anyone do them?

I was hoping that someone can steer me in the right direction... I am looking for a program that either I can diy or someone who does them for free or cheap!

Any help would b great!

Are you wanting a program or a monogram or both?  For a program I just bought the paper at Walmart that folds like a brochure they are tri-fold programs.  I got 100 for about 20 dollars or so.  I first went into Microsoft publisher and did something simple and then had a change of plans.
