Hibiscus Flower
This is our signature drink, Hibiscus flowers are grown here and they look beautiful in the champagne...
Our guests have never seen them in champagne before so it will be a good surprise!!

I have never heard of this!  Is there a special flavor given off from the flower, or is just for aesthetics?  It's so pretty.

I've seen this somewhere...  It was a specialty thing though where you ordered the hibiscus flowers (maybe in a syrup???)  but they are tightly closed.  When you put them in the champagne they blossom.  Where the heck did I see this?!?  GRR!
