Bridesmaids

one of my items on my 'october to do list' was to email my girls, plan a date for dress shopping and make sure we are all on the same page. so, email was sent at lunch, and when i came back, checked my BlackBerry and all three girls replied confirming the dates were good & all on the same page! YAY!!

so we are planning on going dress shopping for them on saturday, novemeber 5th and if they don't find anything they like, we'll go again the weekend after november 12th!!!

i can't wait! i can't believe the time has come. i've been thinking about this moment since i first got engaged!!!

thats good your girls respond. None of them ever reply to my emails and it PISSES me off lol!

Good luck on dress shopping have a blast!!!! I had a good time doing that but ultimately I left a bit overwhelmed. Overall it was a great experience with my girlies!  If you can and its in your budget and time schedule...treat them to lunch or something afterward as a "thank you for taking time out of your busy life"

The girls really loved that I did that for them. Just a suggestion. Have fun and happy planning!!!

sorry to hear that they never reply... i know what you mean! i hate when i'm trying to get into contact with someone and they never reply... but at least  you had a good experience with them!

i am absolutely taking them for lunch after our dress date =)

Yay, your so lucky to share this with your girls.  All of mine but one are all out of state so they have to send me pics of them in the dress that I picked.  That's so special you get to have a girls weekend with them, ENJOY IT!!!

well one of my girls doesn't live in the same province as me so she won't be able to go. but i do have my other BM and my MOH go dress shopping with and we'll just take pictures and send it to my other girl lol. it sucks i know, but some how it has to be done!

Wow, consider yourself lucky that all of your girls respond. It takes forever for my girls to respond. Ughhh!  Me and my MOH are supposed to go shopping this weekend for the BM dresses. 3/5 of my BM's live out of town ; (  So, it definitely gets complicated.

jmatswifey, yeah, it can be pretty hard. i hope you find the dresses of your dreams & hopefully your girls will make it a little easier!!!

glamdivabride, thanks boo.... i only have 3 of them, and one is my sister who lives down the street so she can't get away lol. so its a little easier on me. but one of my BM's is away at school so she can't attend anything =( but we keep in touch through txt & email!
