This is hismrscsh2b's Black Wedding!

I received a txt from my FH in reference to his mom. About a month ago I entered an Ultimate Bridezilla contest in a city near me. Well...I WON! :) My prize was a limo ride to and from the city's largest bridal showcase, free show tickets, front row seats to the fashion show, free Ke$sha tickets for 4 for the following weekend, and a $100 gift certificate to a vendor of my choice from that bridal showcase. So, I'm excited right...and I ask two of my maids of honor, my mother, step-mother, and my day-of coordinator to accompany me on this special day. Well...my FH's mom found out about it from pics that were posted of us that day on FB (I'm not friends with her but one of my maids of honor is her daughter-in-law already). I TOTALLY FORGOT TO ASK HER TO GO!!!

I feel really bad that I omitted her (partially because she told my FH that I'm not making a good impression on her...and that I only have two strikes left; he said she was only kidding...but...) and I want to make it up to her.

WHAT SHOULD I DO???

This is a really nice dress that I saw on www.coralsbridal.com. It would make a beautiful reception gown! :)

I know that you only wear your wedding dress once, but I'm seriously thinking about buying a second dress for the later portion of the reception (our party will probably last about 7-8 hrs...considering we are thinking about getting married at 3 pm and then having the reception immediately after). That's a long time to wear a dress that weighs a ton!

Are you ladies considering reception dresses?

With there being so many beautiful dresses out there that look GREAT on ALL body shapes, how are you choosing your bridesmaids and/or maid (or matron) of honor dresses???

I love this style of bouquets...however, I am very short (5'0") and I will be a little taller on my wedding day. I was told that this bouquet can sometimes make brides appear to be shorter and I don't know if that's the look I'm going for.

What do you ladies think???

My wedding guest list will consist of about 250 - 300 people. Would this type of cake be too much?

I'm trying to reduce the costs of the wedding as much as possbile, but it seems that this $10K budget keeps growing...and growing...and GROWING!

Is anyone else doing a large wedding cake?

I don't know what became of my other blog...but I went to sign in yesterday and none of my information was recognized!!! Has this happened to anyone else? Did I violate some code? Did I make someone MAD??? I haven't even been on here that long to get under anyone's skin...so I hope that's not the case!

Can anyone shed some light on the situation? It was very upsetting to have to start over...
