Ok so I'm going cake testing on Wednesday :)
Super excited!

Im not a BIG fan of cake, so I'm hoping to find a flavor and filling thats not too sweet. Whats a new modern take on cake these days is it still fondant?

The cake artist (Icall them artist because lets face it, it is art :p ) I am going to go see on Wednesday look extremely talented, and I love this shaved crumpled look for the cake. What do you all you brides think??
