Ice cream buffet at brunh???

I haven't done mine yet, but I am doing the soft serve ice cream buffet at mine.  I look forward to seeing what advice you get.

I haven't doen mine yet either. But we are having the various flavours delivered by the store to the reception venue a couple of days before the wedding. They said they were happy to store it in their freezers which is a help.

On the day, I'm thinking of having a table set up with plastic baskets, decorated around the outside, and I will sit the icecream tub inside the basket with enough room to tip ice around the tub to keep it a little cool while guest are helping themselves. There will be other decorations on the table too. But we wouldn't bring the tubs or ice out until dessert time. Also, our wedding cake would be cut up and sitting out for people to come and get with their icecream. No cones, just little disposable tubs, possibly with a personalized sticker on them. I'm getting some cheap personalized paper napkins for the icecream too. Linen napkins will be used for the main meal.
