I have found MY SHOES!

They are Christian Louboutin's and I LOVE them! They fit my theme PERFECTLY! I was thinking about doing a pink shoe but that was going to look funky with the netting I am having sewn into my dress, so the black and red shoe will look perfect.

Long story short Im having red and black netting sewn into the underside of my dress, mostly for pictures because you wont even know its there. But anyhow, yeah these are my shoes!

Like OMG, Im so EXCITED about a pair of shoes! lol


Ps. They come in yellow, pink, white, green, orange and purple also. Just sayin.

WEDDING DRESS-
If I buy from David's Bridal these are the ones that are on my wish list that I am choosing between. I have already made my choice but I will post all of the options I considered.

To the left you will see different pics of the dresses (I borrowed all the pictures from Davids Bridal). Please note that some of the dresses pictures are both womens and regular, they are the same dress the womens pics were sometimes better than the regular ones! lol

And of course I am still thinking about the previously posted one with the black detailing on it. I love the back of that dress!

BRIDESMAIDS-
After looking at a recent wedding that took place, I am literally laughing out loud at the way the "bridesmaids" looked in their get-ups! The dresses had "pockets" and were downright ugly. They were NOT flattering and they were just absolutely puke worthy. Then I went to a wedding not too long ago where the dresses were pretty on the hanger but when they were put on they turned into something that was just all wrong for the setting.
With that being said I dont want a hideously ugly dress nor do I want one that does not fit my theme and/or setting for my wedding.
IF we do it at night then Im looking at a few different options from the seperates category at Davids Bridal.
If it is done during the daytime then I am thinking the short black chiffon with a red shash (these would have to be custom made because they only come from Davids with a pink shash).

And yet again, hopefully sometime soon I can get my pics online of me in the dresses, I cant seem to get the memory card reader to work ont he laptop. :(

Now Im off to sit down and make a list of food incase we do use pristine, there is A LOT to do in a little amount of time.

So, I went to the dress shop today and found "THE DRESS!"

Then I got home and was looking around online for ideas and I came across this on Ebay! I REALLY like this dress but Im scared about buying one OFFLINE, it coming from China and being tailor made to fit me.

Problem with buying one offline for me is this:
I 'know" someone who had one made from a company like this and it was ABSOLUTELY HIDEOUS! The dress drug the ground (partly because they were too cheap to have it altered, so thats not TOTALLY her fault), had rolls on the bodice, was made out of CRAPPY material and just overall looked like she only paid 100 bucks for it.
It was less than tacky.
And not to be mean, but I dont want my dress looking like that. So with that said, I REALLY like this dress but Im scared.
BUT! The plus side is its REALLY CHEAP, so I could buy it and see if I like it and if not then I wouldnt really be out anything.

Anyhow, as soon as I can Im going to get the dress pics from today up on the blog! For some reason thge computer will not read my memory card from my camera! :)

So, its happening and it has to be thrown together QUICKLY!

So far we have come up with a theme and a date!
We are doing black & red "gothic-Halloween" style.
These are some of my inspritation pictures.

INVITATIONS-
Im set on the invitations just not using the characters on them, doing solid black and red.

CAKES-
We are having a coffin for the grooms cake but not like the one I have pictured. It will be more of a black and just the coffin.
Not sure about the wedding cake as my groom likes the drip caked but I LOVE LOVE LOVE the lace bow cake (would do it with a blood red ribbon).

FAVORS-
Definately doing the coffin shaped favor boxes and red and black candy buffet.

FLOWERS-
We like the black magic roses and lilies. Im going to do a mix of those and black feathers. LOVE the corset flower frip and will be doing that on my flowers.

DRESS-
Not entriely decided. I will be posting pics soon of the ones I tried on and chose from.

Havent really decided on decor yet.
I know I want LOTS of candles.

Ill be updating this as needed.
