VOW RENEWALS

Well...I'm not planning a vow renewal but I have seen vow renewals go WAYYYYYY out!

I think I will go way out for our vow renewal because its celebrating many wonderful years together...like a birthday...milestone!

Often times ppl spend thousands on a wedding and don't even make it long! I would love to celebrate our years by doing a big wedding with bridesmaids and all! Its beautiful and you can do it however you want!!!

thx mrsmagraff...there are tons of things i wish i would have done differently. but the most important thing is i married my best friend. we are still deciding on a date. it will  either be my 35th bday or his 30th bday..(yes i am the oldest) lol

Possibly one day, but I think I would love it more intimate with a few of my closest friends and family.

I think you should do whatever you want!! it's your vow renewal and your money!! so anything goes!!

We are doing a wedding renewal we never had the big wedding 11 yrs ago we just went down city hall so now we are planning a nice wedding with all our family and friends, We are having everything we never had  so BM's a MOH dh is having his best man and GM's our sons will be in the wedding and our nieces  are going to be our flower girls. II never had a  bachorlette party or bridal shower. so my MOH who is a huge blessing to our family is insiting on still doing something so we are changing some things up I'm have a Girls Night Out instead and a Lingerie shower  since we already have everything. So to us its like we doing  it Now to answer yr questions
1. Yes we are :)
2. Yes you can its your  special day , you are celebrating your love for each other so if you want to do it big go for it , mind you a lot of ppl will say otherwise and try to bring you and yr ideas down so don't let them there are no rules or laws so have fun with it if you want BM's go for it.
3. Our budget is 20 thousand hoping to stay under but here in Toronto weddings tend to be pricey.
4. Yes! we are going all out  cause we never had a wedding party & feel celebrating our love is a big thing lol!
5. our colors are Turquoise blue, white and some sliver accents  oh and we are having a fairytale theme hence the name lol!

2. We are doing it like a regular wedding with a few exceptions. Yes we are having a wedding party.
3. Our budget WAS $5000. But now it has spiraled to $10,000.
4. We are going all out. Most important to us is for it to be a big party with the people we love.
5. Our colors are Black, Red and Silver.

I'm not doing a renewal but I've seen people do them just as they did their first one but only bigger and better.  Go all out and do it all the way just like you would the 1st time around.  Good luck!!

Ours was tech a vow renewal. :) But we did the whole Elvis walked me down the isle in Vegas last year thing. lol So I still wanted the whole dress, church & reception thing. I think if you did the big wedding before imo I wouldn't do a big thing this time but if it was simple and low key before and now you want to go all out, by all means go for it!! I would do it all over again if i could.

1. WHO ELSE IS DOING VOW RENEWALS? We've had some close friends from high school do ours. One was woman (my close friend) and this last round back in 2009 was my hubby's friend -our friend from high school. Amazing huh?

2. CAN I DO MY RENEWALS LIKE I DID MY WEDDING? COMPLETE WITH WEDDING PARTY? You can do as you please, but our friends did the whole surprising vowel renewals for us.

3. WHAT IS YOUR BUDGET? First renewal was 500.00 for 30 adults only and $2,000.00 or 78 guests.

4. ARE YOU GOING ALL OUT? MAYBE YOU DIDNT GET OR DO SOMETHING AT YOUR FIRST WEDDING? I went all the way out from the first renewal, because we got married in Lake Tahoe and I was eight months preggo and had the reception a month after the baby was born. We gratiually climb up more and more as the years grow.

The second renewal was the Tiffany & Co. Theme. People /guests thought we poured out duckets on that one. Hehehehe. Done with a tight budget and lots of preparation and love.

The next one will be in 2.5 years and it's a destination vowel renewal for the both of us only!!!!  Yayy

5.WHAT ARE YOUR COLORS?
Originally  it was Ivory and pinks
1st renewal was Gold and Black  (5 yrs)
2nd renewal was Tiffany Blue, white & black
