When is the anniversary from when you first started dating each other and from when you got engaged??

Just curious to see when all of you ladies celebrate your anniversaries...the anniversary from when you first started dating each other and also from when you got engaged??!!

My fiance and I first started dating on January 6th, 2002...so we're coming up on 7 years now...OMG it's soo hard to even imagine that!! So when did you and your fiance first start dating??

After being together for about a year and a half, my fiance (well my boyfriend at the time lol) proposed to me on June 7th, 2003, which was the weekend right before I graduated from high school and so we are STILL engaged after all this time because we we're both very young back then (I had actually only been 18 for a month lol!!). Anyways, so I told him upfront that I wanted to go to college first and get a good education before we started planning the wedding, so here we are now over 5 years later...still not married lol...but at least we're finally planning the wedding!! Our "dream wedding date" would've actually been 6/7/08 this year cause that was our 5 year anniversary from when we got engaged...it was even the exact same day of the week and everything (a Saturday) so it would've been perfect...but we just didn't have enough time or money to pull it all together by then!!

Anyways enough about me...so when is the anniversary from when you first started dating each other and from when you got engaged??!! Do you have any special stories to share about those dates?? Have either of those dates helped you choose your wedding date??!!

We got together August 31st, 2004 and were engaged November 16th, 2007. Our anniversary date is complicated because I was out of state when he asked me out (Hawaii to be exact). So for the first week and a half of us being together we were apart. But, that is part of the reason why our wedding is Hawaiian theme.

We've had to change the date a few time due to unforeseen circumstances (ugh). And even though neither of those dates had anything to do with our "original" wedding date,  the anniversary of our first kiss did. (We were supposed to get married August 20th, 2008 in Hawaii)

But now, our dating anniversary did help us pick the date we have hopefully finally set (ugh, planning this wedding has been nothing but a pain). I have minor OCD and because of that I have a thing with numbers. We chose to marry the 25th (of September) because my fiance's birthday is the 25th (of May). We did it that way because our dating anniversary is the 31st (of August) and my birthday is the 31st (of May). In my crazy little brain, I thought that would be kind of neat to do.

We started dating November 12, 2003 and got engaged April 28, 2006. We're getting married June 6, 2009. We got engaged when we were 18 as well and I wanted to finish college and have a job before getting married.

Oh I forgot to add neither date had any factor on choosing our wedding date. I wanted a summer wedding, and june 6th it's the start of summer, but it's not too cold, not too hot and not normally rainy season.

Me and My FI got together on December 26th 2006 and we got engaged on July 16th 2007. The day the we started dating is has helped us to decide on July 24th I tried to get the same day in july but it's on a monday.

we officially became a couple on august 23, 2005. he proposed to me on september 22, 2007. we are getting married on october 24, 2009. it all just kinda was a coincidence that all of our anniversary dates were in 3 consecutive months, the dates are all in a row and the years are all odd numbers! so maybe we're meant to have our first child on november 25, 2011 to continue the trend! ;)
