our stump-we save a piece from our xmas tree each year that we get a tree and we write our names and date...its a nice memory. =)

we got our tree and its mid size,stumpy, and full...like me.lol. it took much time finding the perfect tree...but we succeded. =)

each year we save a piece from the end of our tree and put our names and date on it....we want to start our own traditions. =)

its decorated and now i justneed to finish putting up some xmas decor at home.

DIY Wedding
some of the centerpieces are done :)

while settling in to the new place...i decided some diy project needed to be worked on.
So i pulled out the trusty glue gun and whent to work on completing two centerlieces out of ten. I am trying to have two of each centerpiece and so far only four are completly finished. Now i just need to work on my candelabras,crystal trees and candle centerpices.

Im happy to finish these. :) Still have so much to work on.

Bridal Shower
i have awesome inlaws =)

My MOH & BM which are also my FSIL's threw my hunny and I an amazing shower. Lots of food,dessert,spiked punch,friends and family and games. =)

Very thankful to have such an amazing in law family....makes me feel lucky and not so bad and lonley that my family was not her(since they all lie in cali).

SO in the middle of this wedding planning...i moved. we now have our own lil apartment. =) it feels amazing to have our own palce again. now were just trying to get all settled in. =)
its hard, but very regarding at the same time.

24 more days! ahhhh! hahaha. im excited.

i think i got the ones

i dunno is you ladies can tell but i am a very colorful person....just like my personality.

so all my BM will be using different color shoes at the wedding and to stand out i decided on blingy/glittery sshoes.

so i chose these gold-ish glittered pumps since my dress is ivory and my jewelry has some perals in it. =)

what do you ladies think? good buy for 24 bucks?

So i went to my fav jewelry store...forever 21 and i found my wedding necklace.
i removed the ugly lace and tada...awesome 24 dollar necklace. =)

Craigslist...u sre the best
I found an ordained minister

my fiance and iare not regulars at curch. We are spiritual,beleive in God,pray, and occasionally attend church. Due to our lack of attendance, we were finding it difficult to mind a minister/officiant that could marry us.
So being the resourcefull woman that my mother brought me up to be...i turned to craiglist....which has been a very very helpful tool in the whole planning of this wedding.

I was lucky to find a very sweet and humble minister that will gladly ordain our wedding at a very reasonable price.

Thank you God...we might not worship at ur house or prayer, but we most certaintly have you in our hearts everyday. =)

cant wait...only 30 days left till i get to marry my ogre. =D

finished the cake monogram letter

So i worked late last night and accomplished a couple projects.

Here is the finished product of my monogram letter.

after glue-ing(i duno if thats right) all these itty bitty stones and my fingers together , I was able to finish up the assembly on this troublesome project.

now i just need to put a pick and attached it to the back...and tada!
