For mom the morning of the wedding
Such a nice poem

I am going to put this either in the photobook or else a little card for her the morning of the wedding. We are very close, and yes that is a pic of us I was about 1 year and a half here in the south of france with my mom!!

FOR YOU MOM
I close my eyes and travel to
a time when it was me and you.

You filled my days with rainbow lights,
fairytales, and sweet dream nights.

A kiss to wipe away my tears,
and deep warm hugs that eased my fears.

I thank you for your tender care,
ice cream cones, and being there.

You gave the gift of life to me,
and then in love, you set me free.

Today as I walk down the aisle
I’ll see a tear mixed with your smile.

We’ll share a glance and then you’ll see
just how much you mean to me.

For though I’m grown and wearing pearls...
I’ll always be “your little girl.”

Thank you Mom, for all you are
and have been to me through the years.
I love you.

I found it somewhere but I made a poem up for her book that I got made with photos through the years! Love it cant wait to get it next week!

SoontobemrsKeiling: I know mom is a hottie LOL one of my sisters friends was asking who she was at her (sis) 21st party LOL very funny! She is so oblivious!
