 At the Salon - putting my veil on - very emotional! My Bridesmaids! - wearing their satin robes I bought them! My Shoes! The girls dresses hanging on my sisters window! ME! Getting Butterfly's! Only an hour until the Ceremony! My HUSBAND (in the silver) and his best man waiting at the back of the church for the ceremony to start! Stealing Kisses on the Beach! WOOO! PEI SandStone! WE ARE MARRIED!
So.. the wedding day went off without a hitch! We had an amazing day with the most beautiful weather possible! I was not the least bit stressed and we absolutely enjoyed every moment of the day! we were early for everything, leaving a tonne of extra time for family and photos! Here are a few pictures of our day from our Photographer.. who was exceptional!

We Bought a House!!!
So, FH and I have been debating about buying a house for the past 2 years.. well, we finally went ahead and bought ourselves a cute little townhouse!!!! We are going to have a very busy August. We will be travelling to PEI on August 6th for our wedding on the 14th, and then returning to Ottawa on August 22nd.... and out closing date on the house is August 31... WOW!~.... busy busy busy! But, we are super excited!!! I can't wait to move in!

Weight Loss Update!
Its been 30 days!
So, I have finished my 30 day cleanse and I am down 15 pounds and
26 1/4 inches!!!! unreal! I am going to do another 30 cleanse and I am hoping for similar results! I totally recommend this program to everyone! I have a tonne of energy, I am not going crazy with hunger and even if we go to a restaurant, I can actually EAT!!! Here's to Another 30 Days! |

Bachelorette Party!
Amazing Night!
So, on June 12th, my MOH and Bridesmaid, along with some other amazing friends through me a bachelorette party!
They picked me up at 2:30 in the afternoon, and drove us to The Arc Hotel where we were greeted at the door with Champagne!!! We were then brought to our "upgraded" suite which was unbelievable! I felt like i was in a movie! We then went and got our hair and makeup done, went back to the hotel to get dressed and pop some bubbly! We then went out to a local pub for some yummy food and games with some awaiting friends! Afterwards, we ended up going on a scavenger hunt around the Byward Market in Ottawa which was one of my favorite parts of the night! We then ended up at a bar where we enjoyed many drinks and lots of crazy dancing!! My girls are so awesome! |

EARTHQUAKE!!!
I thought I was going to Die!
So.. at 1:41pm today.. I got to experience one of THE scariest things of my life..... We had a 5.3 earthquake in Ottawa, Ontario!
I was home alone talking to my FMIL when it happened... It was so scarry! Everything started with this huge noise like a train was coming through the house, and then the walls and pictures all started to shake... I completely lost it.. Hyperventilating and crying and shaking....thank goodness for my FMIL on the other end of the phone to calm me down! After I finally got through to my future hubby and know that he was ok I felt a little better! Unreal Ladies! I hope you never have to experience this.. and for those of you who DO experience this on a regular basis.... WOW! ...AND BREATH Oh.. and did I also mention that now there is a CODE RED for Ontario... sever tornado warning.. This day couldn't get any better huh! |
