Wedding Dress
Finally Got My Dress
So I finally got my dress yesterday, after 11 weeks of waiting and a lot of stress!!!
I ordered my dress on Ebay:) yes it sounds crazy but i fell in love with a dress but had a hard time justifying spending almost 1300.00 on a dress id wear for about 9 hours!! So one day i punched it into ebay and it was only $600.00!!!!!! BRAND NEW!! So after what should have been 4-6 wait and a lot of unanswered emails my dress came (11 weeks later)....and i couldnt be happier!! Its just as beautiful as i remember and i cant wait to wear it on the best day of my life! |

The Proposal
Well I will start with saying i was quite the pain when it came to the topic of us getting engaged. I pretty much drove my FH crazy with questions about when we would get engaged, and he continuously told me that he figured one day he would have bought the ring and id start asking questions and he always said he would probably throw the ring at me!
So he did just that! We play on a co-ed baseball league in the summer with a lot of our family and close friends so we headed to our game like everyother monday night, i noticed mike seemed a little distant... was smoking a BIT more then normal lol, but didnt think much about it. While we were warming up i started to notice that it was strange how many of our friends who dont play had shown up to this particular game, but again never really questioned this... my bestfriend even brought a video camara that belonged to my sister and said she wasnt really sure how to work it so had brought it to have my sister teach her (so naive i was) So as a good excuse for everyone to have camaras out they decided we should take a group picture, afterwards mike and i went to throw the ball around. About three minutes in my brother-in-law came over and handed mike a new ball and mike threw me the new ball- which i dropped of course- and as i picked it up and went to throw it back i heard everyone including my FH and all my family yell NO! He came over took the ball out of my hand, opened it - yes he had customized a baseball to open like a ring box- and got down on one knee and proposed! and of course i said yes! |
