I'm so happy I married the man God sent me when I asked him to send me "the right man" - I still get misty eyed and goose bumps from seeing these photos.
I do remember being up at the alter and looking out of the window when it started to rain, but the sun wa still shining. And it stopped before the ceremony was over. I also prepared myself for me crying, so I tucked a tissue in my bra and pulled it out. LOL moment for everyone. But most of all I can still remember his face and how we took those vows.
My friend and former co-worker was the officiant. She didn't charge us anything, which was really nice. But mostly, I was really glad that we had a very few friends and family there. It was nice to see the faces of the people who we knew love and care about us.
And although I've had a wait almost 2 months, I am enjoying seeing our photos a little each day. My photographer keeps uploading more and more almost every morning there's something new.
I guess its all part of the journey and it allows me to unwrap each section and enjoy each part of the wedding from another perspective.
Its actually kinda cool. Instead of looking throuh a couple hundred photos all at once, I get to experience a part of the wedding each day!
PS - of you look closely, you can see me tryin to put his ring on the wrong hand. I was so nervous...
