I dont think 8 is too young for a groomsmen. My 9 year old is a groomsmen in my wedding... so I think its fine!:=)

I think he could be a groomsmen or just add his title as a Jr. Groomsmen and add a Jr. bridesmaid. Thats what I am doing for my fiancee little brother he is 9.

i also think it'd be nice to have him as a (jr.) groomsman.

My brother was ring bearer last year & he was 9. So it's not too old.

My ring bearer is 9 and I think he is perfect. Remember it is what you and your FI want.

No I don't think he too old to be a ring baerer or too young to be a groomsman. Remeber your wedding is a reveltion of you too as a couple so do what ever you want with you!

I have a junior bridesmaid, so perhaps you good add one too? By the way I got my flower girl dress by checking craigslist.org. A lady out of orlando sells new dresses out of her garage.

I think he could be either!  The ringbeareer  would be fine becuase he still is young and He will be old enough to do a good job and be responsible-the groomsman although the pics will hav all these men and then a shorter one he can still do it. I think that there are no rules-sometimes the little ringbearer is cute only becuse you cannot predict what he is going to do next! I think its your choice!

I  think incorporating him in your wedding is a great idea! I come from a family with lots of little ones. My two youngest cousins are 13 and 9 and I am very close to them so we are planning on making them junior bridesmaids and as for the young men I have a 7 year old nephew and my significant other has a nephew the same age so to go along with the junior theme we are making them junior groomsmen. If you don't like that idea another idea would be to have him as an usher then that way he still feels included in the wedding.
