This is jenkinsgirl's Pink Wedding!

this is my project that i've been working to ask my girls to be my bridesmaids. I thought it was a cute idea so this is how one of mine turned out. I got each of them a different crystal key chain and each of them have different sayings on the bottom of their boxes to match their key chains that I made up. if you're interested those sayings are:

Butterfly key chain- "Friendship is like a butterfly, ugly at first then turns into something beautiful."

Heart key chain- "Friendship is one soul dwelling in two bodies."

Diamond key chain- "Diamonds are a girls' best friend, but you are my best friend."

Glass slippe key chainr- "borrowing a shirt or borrowing a shoe it's not because you're my sister, it's because I Love You."

Fleur De Lis key chain- "FLeur De Lis, Unique and Beautiful"

Cross key chain- "A true friend is someone who will know your name in heaven"

I have 6 bridesmaids, and this only costed me about $25 dollars for everything.
boxes i got for a dollar a piece at Joanne Fabrics, Same with the pink and green bags, a dollar a piece. the key chains i got online it costed about $13 dollars with shipping and handling. and the stuff inside is floral grass from the dollar store. super easy, i just painted the boxes pink ans wrote everything with a sharpie.

I'm doing crystal trees and i'm using brown manzanita branches with clear crystals and I have ivory table cloths. I need some ideas on how I can incorporate pink or emerald green onto the table. I dont want it to look so white and boring. I was thinking of pink crystals as like confetti for the tables. but htat was hte only idea i had. what do you girls think?

where can i find pink and green unity sand for cheap. also the vases and unity vase..anything would help thanks!!! :)

Is anyone using manzanita branches for their wedding? if so are you going to be re-selling them? if so how much? im on a really tight budget so any information would be extremely helpful thanks...

im an official bride now...yay!!!!! im so excited to bring my planning crazily as a girlfriend to a normal engaged bride...!!!!!!! he did really good on my ring....it's beautiful.... <3

i love the middle flower it is called osteospermum or a whirlig daisy. it is kind of rare so therefore its expensive but i think it is unique and i love it. not a lot of it but a splash of it everywhere, and the rest of the wedding will be decorated with the other flowers. what do you think...:)

this is a maggie sottero dress she is my favorite designer....i love all her work....this dress is gorgeous.....

as soon as im officially engaged. i am getting an adventure book, to put pics of our engagement and what all happens when. i think that it is the cuttest idea ever and we both loved the movie up....what do ya think?

what do you guys think about for the ceremony having a live piano, the wedding is outside by the way, and having them play a whole new world or ale as old as time while i walk down the isle? the two songs are so beautiful and elegant when it's just the music, i am in love and want to walk down the aisle and then turn around and do it again to the next song. but those are my ideas what do you think? i was also thinking of "you've got a friend in me" for the wedding party to walk down. whatcha think?

what is the point of doing save the dates and invitations? that is a lot more postage which means at least another $100 just in stamps depending on your guest list. so really how important is save the dates? is it tacky to do an email save the date either indivdual emails or something in the lines of facebook postage. what does everyone think about it? are they really that important?
