This is jennine's Green Wedding!

we're not really tradtitional. I wanted something very personal - had something in mind - and luckily my finace is a Computer Engineer so he can create whatever I want in a really short period of time.
We had these printed for super cheap (yes, I am cheap, in a good way!) at the local copy store on glossy pamphlet thick paper... the final product was professional looking and suited us well.

We are all booked now... it's pretty incredible/amazing (and truthfully) slightly terrifying that everything is now booked. Everyone is registered, deposits down, etc. We're destined for the Barcelo Maya Palace. I think I looked at every single resort in the Carribean before deciding. We had to consider price, (as it isn't just my finace and I that are paying - our friends and families are doing the same for their own fares, we are jsut paying the extra costs of the wedding, reception, etc.), and location (we have people coming from different areas.

The Yucatan is gorgeous, if you have ever been you would know and when I found this resort specifically, I called flight centre as soon as I could and got a qoute!

I loved the dress! As we are getting married on the beach I knew I wanted something that was light and had a lot of movement. My dress isn't too flashy either, so I needed something simple - and with the satin empire waist, I think it's perfect!
The hair is simple too, my bridesmaids are my sisters (my best friends!) and they liked this hairstyle and I agreed that it was beautiful - so it worked!

I love the green and white - so fresh and classic!

I just can't decide what type of flowers to get!

I never thought I would ever be "that girl". You know, the girl that tries on a dress and just knows.
I had tried on about 20 before this one, hadn't really felt anything about the others - except maybe that a few were henious and made me feel like a sea-hag. Then there was this one, and the moment I put it on I became "that girl"! The teary eyed, 'omigod'-ing, teen-like, after-school-special star... and it was worth it.
