We booked the cupcakes...yaaa...should we still have a sweet table tho???

So I decided on cupcakes, just think they are more ME!!! Think we got them for a good price too...whadda u think?

$345 for 160 cupcakes which includes delivery and the 5 tier stand. Not bad I dont think and right in our budget.

The pic is what we're doing with them, but they'll be all in white.

Our venue is doing fruit and cheese platters later in the evening, so we're trying to decide if the cupcakes are enough or should we be getting a sweet table too? I NEED OPINIONS PLEASE!!!! :)
I'm siding with no, we don't need anything else, but the FH is thinking otherwise.....

"Need"? No.

I'll put it this way: I had a three-tier wedding cake. I think only three people actually had a piece of it. That's just kind of the way it works at weddings. I've never been to a wedding where any LARGE portion of the guests had cake.

But I had a mini-sweets table, which everyone annihilated.

If you don't really want one and don't want to spend the money on one, then don't have one. But some guests might appreciate a dessert option other than your cupcakes. Just a consideration.

Your cupcakes are adorable!. I think the price is great if it includes all the decoration and the stand!  

I dont think you would need a sweet table. Stay on your budget xD! If you end up adding extra sweets you could add few chocolate kisses around the cupcakes table. I saw that before in a wedding and is cute and takes off that extra need of candy.

LOVE these cupcakes.  Very elegant!  Great choice.  I agree w/ the other ladies...no NEED for a sweet table.  Don't worry hun, you've got it covered =)

i agree with the other ladies---a sweet table isn't a necessity.  We are doing cupcakes (with a small cake for us to cut) and that is all...nothing else.

PS and $345 for 160 cupcakes plus delivery plus the stand is awesome!   That comes to roughly $2.15/cupcake---the avg price around here is $3/cupcake and that is ONLY for the cupcakes, not delivery or stands.  Great job!

I definaitly think the cupcakes are enough especially if you are doing fruit and cheese later as well. I assume your dinner comes with a dessert  b/c most do, so the cupcakes are good little treat for all those hungry dancers later in the night!
We are only going to do cake (or cupckaes) and fruit trays b/c we are planning to serve dessert with dinner.

P.S. where did you get your cupckaes from? I love them.
