Chair covers or no chair covers
Our ceremony is outside and I've been debating whether or not to splurge and get chair covers for the ceremony chairs, as they are white plastic and I really don't like them too much.
I've talked to FH and my MOH's - my sisters and they have all said its not worth it, the ceremony is so short and to keep it simple. So now I'm asking you....should I keep it simple. It is outdoors, already nicely decorated with all natural beauty.... Here's some pix my venue sent for me. |

Bridesmaids
Yes, changed my mind....
I didn't think it would be as stressful as it was to have all my bm's like the colour and designer I chose for them to wear, but it was....
I have 5 bm's plus 2 of my highschool gf's that will be walking their daughters down the aisle, so 7 girls all together, with all different body types and styles! ahhhhhhhhh. So I've decided to just stick with black, its simple, elegant and LOVE by Enzoani has way more choices in the black then the eggplant colour. Here are some that I liked for my girls.... |

I can't decide!!!
I need your opinions ladies.....
I thought I had it all figured out, but I guess not...as I'm now having second thoughts of what coloured flowers to use for our centerpieces. My first thought was white, then I was thinking deep purples and reds and now I'm back on white....HELP!!!! I know I want my bouquet to be the deep reds and purples, but should I just let that be the only shot of colour and the rest be blacks and whites??? One thing that keeps changing my mind is that its an outdoor tented reception and also the chairs are black rod iron chairs and the seat cushions are a rasperryish colour (added a pic so you can see what I mean), so I wanted to somehow make it work with our decor....maybe it's not even a big deal?!?! My table set up is attached...how it will somewhat look like atleast...lemme know what you think. Should I stick to my very first idea???? |

Transportation
Another thing off my checklist...
Limo is booked....and I was $5 under budget! yaaaaa...lol. FHubby will be very happy about that! And it's black and white....our colours. I woulda preferred to have an old vintage car take me to the ceremony, but I just couldn't get myself to spend a grand just for pictures sake!!!
Now all we have left to do is invites, rent the tuxes and find bm's dresses...then I can rest!!!!!!!!! |

Guestbook
I've seen sooo many beautiful and creative guestbooks on this site and thanks to all of you WBC brides out there, I made my own.
I just went on the Walmart photo site and just did a normal photobook. It's not as purty as some of yours, but I'm happy with it and it's personal and a great keepsake afterwards :) I put famous love quotes on all the pages...you can't really see them good, but I put up a few pix of some of the pages.... |

Tux Rentals
Should I push the FH to wear the light grey tux?
I love the light grey tux and think it will look amazing with the bm's purple dresses. And its an outdoor summer wedding, so it would also be lighter weight and not attract the sun as much.
FH doesn't like it though, he's more traditional and wants a black tux, but I really think he'd look HOT in this!!!! I've convinced him to atleast try it on to see what it looks like, so we'll do that soon I hope. His groomsmen I want wearing a darker charcoal grey coloured tux I think. I really don't like the matchy matchy and want my FH to stand out too. Do you think I should try to convince FH to go with the light grey, or should I just let him win this battle?????? |

Invitations ... yes or no
Here's what I'm thinking I want for my invites...something a little out of the ordinary, but I really like the idea. Has a vintage sorta feel. But I'm wanting your honest opinions!!!!
I'm thinking the "admit one" tickets would be our response cards and I'm not exactly sure what I want for the invites yet, but something along the lines of my pix. One of my bm's is a graphic designer, so she's offered to do them, so that should save us on some cash!!! |

Found the flowers
I have since found another bouquet that I absolutely love...from vintageglamourbride..so THANK U!!! Love the colours and the feathers! This is definately my bouquet!!!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I fell in love with this bouquet, I also want to incorporate it into my centerpieces too...what do you guys think? I'm thinking that instead of crystals hanging from the vases, we'll do pearls! I LOVE all the deep reds and purples and all the different textures in this bouquet! The qualities kind of bad, as it's a scan, I couldn't find this bouquet or anything else like it anywhere else! But you get the general idea. |
