I've been gone to long
Hey all my fellow brides to be, sorry that I have not been on this site in a while. I am currently a senior in college and I have been busy trying to make sure I actually graduate this May lol. I have not given much thought to the wedding planning, but since things have calmed down I'm back obsessing over all the wedding details =)

So these are some cakes i'm considering.. I really love the layer cakes with the roses in between each layer. I think its so elegant and romatic, but then i also like the cakes that have a dramatic theme without the roses like picture # 1... happy planning girls!! =)

How long did you date before you got engaged?
2 years -Did you get the ring you wanted? no,but i love it all the same. -Was the proposal a complete surprise? yes, the best time of mylife so far -Do you wish you had a bigger/smaller diamond? If so How big or small? i wish it was a little bigger but whatever -Did you cry when he proposed? No, i was in shock lol -Was the proposal romantic or creative? Well, it was christmas eve morning around 2 am. and he just came home from out of town and we we're setting on his couch talking and next thing i knew he pop the question. it was perfect -Where do you want to go for your honeymoon? we love colorado or grand cayman -Are you buying his wedding band for him? Absolutely. -Have you gone over your original wedding a little bit -What day of the year will your wedding be? Saturday 7 -2- 20 11 -What kind of weather? not rainy hopefully -Inside or outside? inside -Church/justice of the peace/other? don't know yet -How many people will be there? 75-100 -Time of day? i really like the night around 7 pm -Any kind of theme? think about black and white theme -How many bridesmaids? Who would they be? 4, my big sis is the maid of honor and then 3 cousins -What kind of cake/what will it look like? I want something grand and romantic, 4 or 5 tiers -Where will you have the reception? the same place we had the ceremony -What kind of dress will you have/color/material? mermaid, ivory, satin, fitted, black sash = my perfect dress -What kind of flowers in your bouquet? all ivory roses -Kind of wedding bands? mines has chanel diamonds all around and we havent got his yet -How will you wear your hair? I'm thinking about wavy, full, and down -Who will be important to be there? all of our family and friends -Will the reception be big or small? medium -What will the groom wear? tux -How long on Honeymoon? a week -What will you do? chill. eat, sightsee -Will it be modest or costly? Modest probably. -How old will you and the groom be? i will be 22 and he will be 24 when we get married -How long will you be engaged before you get married? 1 year and 6 mo -Live together before or wait till married? wait till we get married -Take a long time to plan the wedding or will it be simple? since i've been in engaged it has been over whelming but i love it -Will you do it yourself or with family or hire someone to plan the wedding? myself , my sis, and his mother -Will you write your own vows or use something pre-made? we wont to be traditional yet we want to put our tweak on things |
