This is jess4uandme's Chocolate Wedding!

Hello everyone! This is how my official proposal occurred. The day of my mother's funeral, December 22, 2008, my boyfriend proposed to me in the presence of my entire family. It was very bittersweet! What I felt was probably the worst day of my life turned out to be a good day. Sure, I lost my mother and best friend, but the day marked the start of a new day. I knew my mother iwas smiling down on me from Heaven saying "Take that ring girl!" . So planning this wedding will be SOOO hard for me because it is something that I wanted her to be there to see. At the same time, I know that she is in a better place and no longer sick and suffering but Lord how I wish she were here with me. So as I start on this long and hard journey of planning my wedding, i ask for many prayers for strength and healing as I journey through this difficult time.
