I am trying to find some bridesmaid dresses that everyong will love. I really don't like any dresses that I have found at bridal shops. They are all too "bridemaidy". Does that make sense? I found some I like at J. Crew. They are advertised as bridesmaid dresses but I feel that the girls would actually be able to wear them again. Anyway, anyone have any advice on some sites or places to find dresses without being to bridemaidy?

So, I went all the way to G. R.....about a 3 hour drive, and didnt like much. I actually found my dress right here in Traverse City at a tiny bridal shop. I love it!!!! I have some of me in it as well... I will try to post these soon. Now if I could only find a location and some bridesmaid dresses I will feel as if something is being accomplished. :o)

I am driving to Grand Rapids on wednesday to try on some dresses. It will be the first time anybody has seen me in a wedding dress. (I tried some on by myself a few weeks ago). My mom is coming with me and I can't wait. We are going to start at David's Bridal. I have been looking online and there are a few that I really like. I will post pictures!
